Terms and Conditions

Sometimes information on electronic  devices are overlooked and not removed by the user. We guarantee this information is secure with us. Some wholesalers and salvage companies do not check for this information. Below are the terms and conditions for  Live Wire Communications Inc. when purchasing your old unused devices.

• We first reset the devices back to factory data resets. This removes all information.
• If we cannot remove the personal information with a factory reset, we contact the account to see if they would like to have the phone destroyed or mailed back to them.
• We do not pay for iCloud locked or Google locked devices, they are considered salvage.
• We pay for some damaged items if they can be repaired, and if there is still a monetary value to the device.
• We pay for the operable working devices in 30-60 days from pickup.
• We take responsibility of all devices that are shipped to us.
• We do not buy individual billed devices. We only purchase government and business billed devices.
